Veda is an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform with a focus on behavioural health. After speaking with many clinics, it became apparent that they are 1) often using multiple systems that had redundant features, 2) their workflows often required their staff to make manual inputs, and 3) the user experience of their systems were decades behind. 

As a solution, Veda was developed was developed to provide an all-in one and flexible solution that is able to fit the unique needs to small to medium sized clinics across the United States and Canada. 

Veda's Highlights include:

  • Modern intuitive user experience interface simple to use for all users​

  • Lower payment processing fees without allegiance a specific payment gateway

  • 3rd party calendar and Google integration

  • Ability to custom features specific to each client if needed. 

Trellis Seed to Sale

In 2015, cannabis was in the process of legalization in Canada that allowed the production of cannabis of recreational use. As a result, there was a massive demand for tracking and compliance by participants across the supply chain. Growers were looking for an intuitive solution to track cannabis data from seed to sale, so we developed a fully integrated platform that manages all types of cannabis businesses for growers, manufacturers, dispensaries, and laboratories.

Trellis' Highlights Include:

  • Inventory module to track raw materials, cannabis products, non-cannabis products, and other inputs and outputs.

  • All inventories, plants, and wastes are tagged with barcodes for easy identification.

  • Business intelligence and reporting for analytics.

  • State and government compliance system integrations to automate submitting required data.

MySpiritWear E-commerce

Our client runs a successful school spirit wear e-commerce business on Shopify catered to multiple schools. As demand and volume increase, our client needed more features and automation to scale their business.

 

Cybero built a platform for MySpiritwear that is fully integrated with their Shopify operations and allows them to build the features that they need to scale their business and provide a vendor portal as well for schools to review their sales statistics and order status.

My Spririt Wear's Highlights Include:

  • Storefront management to customize the theme of each storefront and customize the shopping experience for students and teachers.

  • Users management to set up permissions for MySpiritwear internal staff access to the platform.

  • Custom storefront development to customize the shopping experience for different school types, students and teachers and submit checkout orders to Shopify to handle the payment and fulfillment.

  • Custom reports and automation for order processing.

  • Vendor portal to allow vendors to view their sales statistics and order status.

Castle Precast
Logistics Manager

CastlePrecast needed an easier and automated way to manage the entire supply chain of their custom concrete pieces used for construction projects by developers such as Great Gulf. Cybero developed a completed platform with the following features:

  • A product and color catalog that allows users to create product code so they can input short codes instead of full descriptions to optimize data entry efficiency.

  • Backlog feature to allow them to split orders into backorders for future deliveries.

  • Flagging to allow shippers to flag items that were damaged or missing to track and manage re-deliveries of these units.

  • Barcode printing and scanning to track and scan each unit to make sure they are packed and shipped correctly.

  • QR code scanning to quickly identify orders or products.

  • Shipping and Packing slip PDF generators.
